As the Neighborhood Collective gathering approaches in February, your organization might be considering becoming a sponsor of the event. There are three “levels” of sponsorship available.
Level One – Table Sponsor – $300
This level allows you to set up a table in the lobby where you can place your materials for people to gather before and after sessions. You can interact with people as they come to your table. You receive a visible presence in the lobby with the opportunity to be recognized by all Collective participants.
Level Two – Stage Sponsor – $600
In addition to the things in the previous level, you will also be mentioned from the stage with a slide of your organization at the beginning and end of each day. Your organizational logo will also appear as a sponsor on any handouts given at the registration table. You receive four verbal mentions from the stage along with stage recognition of your ministry.
Level Three – Lunch Sponsor – $900
In addition to the things in the previous two levels, you will have the opportunity to host lunch in a designated room on Tuesday for any interested in finding out more about your ministry. These Lunch Sponsorships will be mentioned from the stage with a brief explanation of your ministry prior to lunch on Tuesday. Lunch is already provided via registration, so this is simply hosting a room full of people (without the cost of food) where you can more thoroughly explain your ministry and answer questions related to your ministry.
Level Four – Event Sponsor – $1200
In addition to the things on the previous three levels, you will also have the ability to be mentioned from the stage as an event sponsor along with the opportunity to play a short video (no more than three minutes) pertaining to your organization during one of the main sessions to all participants.
